Repair preview

Two fixes to verify before anything touches the live site: the rebuilt Health Check, and the image set that's currently 404-ing across 91 pages.

1. The Health Check

The live version has zero radio inputs, zero buttons and zero forms — a visitor cannot get past question one. This version is functional. Please open it on your phone.

Open the Health Check →

Pick an answer — it should register and advance on its own
Press Back — your previous answer should still be selected
On "What have you already tried?" — you should be able to pick several
On the safety question, choose "None of these", then finish and check the result
Run it again and select a warning sign — the booking button should disappear and it should tell you to get evaluated
Review the six questions and the result copy as a clinician. I wrote them to your model; you own the clinical content.

2. The image set

All of these currently return 404 on the live site. If they render below, the files are good.
